Digital software licenses may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if they have not been activated or used beyond initial installation. Submit requests with your order number.

Consulting services
Consulting engagements may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced, refunds are prorated based on work completed, with clear accounting provided before any partial refund is processed.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Processing
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny requests showing evidence of abuse, including repeated purchase-and-refund patterns or license key sharing.
