Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of account credentials, including passkey devices. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Products and licenses

Software products are licensed, not sold. Each product is governed by a specific license agreement or EULA, and license terms are presented before purchase.

Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to existing customers where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Review it before purchasing.

Intellectual property

All BDS products, content, and branding are the property of Boswell Digital Solutions LLC. Do not reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
